Our vacation properties are fully furnished with all the
necessities of being at home, e.g., utensils, glasses,
pots and pans, dishes, toiletries, bath towels, toilet
paper, bedding, linens, and blankets are all included.
What guests may want to consider include: Cell phone for
long distance calls, matches, cots, sleeping bags, first
aid kit, flashlight, crib for an infant. |

Yes, this approach is encouraged. There are no horsepower
limitations on Ox Lake. |

No, trash is the responsibility of the tenant. All trash
must be removed from the property prior to checkout. The
most convenient approach to trash removal is to drop it
off at the Conoco station which is located south on Rt. 66
at the intersection with Co. Rd. 16. Garbage left at the
property will be removed at the tenants expense, i.e.,
money will be allocated for garbage removal and clean up
from the damage deposit. |
